Neat Diet/Exercise Diary Site
Kristen and I found a really neat site that allows you to keep track of what you eat, and the exercise you do, and the corresponding calories consumed and burned. When I first put in a typical day's food, I was amazed at how many calories I was consuming! This site has been really helpful in showing where I'm getting my calories, and motivates me to exercise more, since I can see the (theoretical) benefit.
